Welcome to Colink Venture | Early Childhood Programs. We provide 2-K launch support, classroom staff training, and program coaching for preschool, Head Start, Early Head Start, and CBO programs.

By using colinkventure.com or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Our Services

We offer digital resources (checklists and toolkits), 1:1 consulting and launch support, and training services for early childhood programs. Digital product purchases are processed through Gumroad; calls are scheduled through Calendly. Your use of those third-party tools is also subject to their own terms.

2. Acceptable Use

When using our site or services, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when contacting us, booking a call, or applying for a role
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the site to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and our digital products (such as the 2-K Classroom Launch Toolkit) — is owned by Colink Venture and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content or digital products without our written permission.

Purchased digital products are licensed to you for your own personal or single-program use, not for resale or redistribution.

4. Consulting and Training Services

Our 1:1 launch support, coaching, and training services are advisory in nature. We bring 20+ years of experience across private schools, Head Start, Early Head Start, and CBO programs, but we do not guarantee specific regulatory approval, funding outcomes, or compliance results — those determinations rest with the relevant licensing and government agencies.

5. Payments

Digital product payments are processed securely through Gumroad. Pricing for 1:1 consulting and training is confirmed directly with you before any engagement begins.

6. Careers and Applications

If you apply to join our team, you agree to provide accurate information. All candidates undergo a background check consistent with DOE and DOH regulations before any engagement involving children's programs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colink Venture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the site, at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally; if unresolved, they will be handled through binding arbitration or the courts of New York, as applicable.

10. Age Requirement

Our website is intended for adults — program directors, teachers, and staff — not for children. If you are under 18, please use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website, consistent with COPPA.

This is separate from the early childhood programs we support through our consulting and training work, which serve children only within our clients' own licensed programs.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
